Wir freuen uns über Ihr Interesse an der Akkreditierung bei der Messe Model Hobby. Derzeit ist keine Online-Akkreditierung möglich. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch im Pressezentrum, das sich in der EINTRITTSHALLE II des Messegeländes PVA EXPO PRAHA befindet. Diese Eintrittshalle befindet sich zwischen den Hallen 3 und 4, siehe Plan des Messegeländes.

Jako jediný pořadatel v ČR i nadále pokračujeme v podpoře českých výrobců a čtvrtým rokem jsme připravili akci „Podporujeme českou výrobu“. Akce si klade za cíl podpořit českou malosériovou výrobu důstojnou formou. Základní formou účasti je plně vybavený stánek 2×2 metry. Pokud tento nestačí k prezentaci, je možné využít slev na objednání výstavní plochy (sleva 33 %), nebo na objednání typové expozice (sleva 20 %). Kromě těchto slev neplatí čeští výrobci registrační poplatek.

Handels- und Technischebedingungen

1. VERANSTALTER UND AUSSTELUNG
Der Veranstalter der Messe Model Hobby (weiter nur AKTION) ist die Firma DART GmbH., Messeveranstalter, Büro: V Olšinách 2300/75, 100 00 Praha 10, Tschechische Republik, Ust.-IdNr.: CZ45809470 (weiter nur DART).

2. AUSSTELLER
Die Rechtpersonen oder die Einzelkaufleute, die DART bestätigt die Teilnahme an der AKTION (weiter nur AUSSTELLER).

3. TEILNAHME AN DER AKTION
3.1. Der AUSSTELLER sendet zu DART ausgefüllte Anmeldung an der AKTION.
3.2. DART stellt die Anzahlungsrechnung für den AUSSTELLER nach dem Punkt 4.1. aus.
3.3. Nach der Zahlung der Anzahlungsrechnung entsteht zwischen DART und AUSSTELLER das Vertragsverhältnis und DART bestätigt die Teilnahme an der AKTION.

4. ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
4.1. Der AUSSTELLER erhält die erste Anzahlungsrechnung für die Zahlung der bestellten Fläche in der Höhe:

4.1.1. 30% wenn die Zustellung der Anmeldung bis 30. April 2018 ist,

4.1.2. 50% wenn die Zustellung der Anmeldung bis 30. Juni 2018 ist,

4.1.3. 100% wenn die Zustellung der Anmeldung nach 1. Juli 2018 ist.

4.1.4. Teil der 1. Vorauszahlung ist immer die „Anmeldegebühr”, die vollständig in Rechnung gestellt wird.

4.2. Nach dem Erhalt der Zahlung bestätigt DART zum AUSSTELLER die Teilnahme an der AKTION. Dann stellt DART 2. Rechnung für die Nachzahlung der bestellten Fläche aus, einschließlich eines eventuellen Rabattes auf die Vermietung des Gebietes. Die Zahlung der Fläche und der Anmeldegebühr ist eine Bedingung für die Zuteilung der Fläche. Die Priorität der Platzierung wird den AUSSTELLERN nach der Frist der verbindlichen Bestätigung der Teilnahme und der Einhaltung der Zahlungsfristen auf Anzahlungsrechnungen angeboten.
4.3. Der zugewiesene Fläche darf vom AUSSTELLER nicht an Dritte vermietet werden. Die Ausnahme bildet die gemeinsame Beteiligung mehrerer Unternehmen an einer einzigen Exposition. In diesem Fall ist der AUSSTELLER verpflichtet, für jede weitere Gesellschaft (weitere nur MITAUSSTELLER) die Anmeldegebühr des MITAUSSTELLERS vollständig zu bezahlen.
4.4. Im Falls die Fläche in voller Höhe ist bezahlen nicht, kann DART vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Der AUSSTELLER wird die Vertragsstrafe bezahlen nach dem Punkt 6..
4.5. Wenn der AUSSTELLER die Dienste (technische Anschlüsse, den Standbau usw.) bestellt, DART stellt 3. Anzahlungsrechnung zur Zahlung dieser Dienste in voller Höhe aus. Die Zahlung im Fälligkeitsdatum ist eine Bedingung für die Besorgung dieser Dienste.

5. MIETE, ANMELDEGEBÜHR
5.1. Der Preis der Ausstellungsfläche ist in der Anmeldung angegeben. Die Miete wird durch die Größe der Fläche bestimmt und jeder Quadratmeter bestellt wird als Ganzes berechnet. Die Miete ist für die Zeit der Vorbereitung, eigene AKTION und der Demontage festgelegt und ist darin enthalten: Ausstellungsfläche, Grundbeleuchtung und Heizung der Halle, Brandschutz, Reinigung im Außenbereich, allgemeine Nacht Bewachung des Messegeländes, Betrieb von WC und Förderung der AKTION.
5.2. Der AUSSTELLER hat das Recht, die ihm zugewiesene Fläche auf der Grundlage der Anmeldung auf seine Präsentation zu nutzen. Für den Fall, dass der AUSSTELLER einen nicht ordnungsgemäß bestellten und bezahlten Fläche besetzt, ist er verpflichtet, die DART vor Ort und in Bar zu bezahlen. In diesem Fall kann der Preis für das Gebiet bis zu 100% Zuschlag berechnet werden.
5.3. Die Anmeldegebühr der AUSSTELLER beinhaltet: Aufnahme von Grunddaten in das Informationssystem der AKTION, Ausstellerausweise (AUSSTELLER erhält 2 Stück für Stände bis zu 10 m² und eine weitere 1 Ausweis pro angefangene 10 m², die maximale Anzahl von Ausweisen pro Stand beträgt 20 Stück), 10 St. Ehreneinladungen für Geschäftspartner und 5 GHz WiFi-Verbindung mit einer maximalen Geschwindigkeit von 1024 kbps.
5.4. Die Anmeldegebühr der MITAUSSTELLER beinhaltet: Aufnahme der Grunddaten in das Informationssystem der AKTION und Ausstellerausweise in der Anzahl von 2 Stück.

6. STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
6.1. Der AUSSTELLER verpflichtet sich, DART alle Rechnungen zu dem in der Rechnung angegebenen Fälligkeitsdatum zu zahlen. Zahlt der AUSSTELLER den Rechnungsbetrag nicht spätestens am Fälligkeitstermin auf der Rechnung, so hat der Vertragspartner für jeden Tag der Verspätung vom unbezahlten Betrag eine Vertragsstrafe von 0,1% vereinbart.
6.2. Für den Fall, dass der AUSSTELLER seine Teilnahme an der AKTION zurückzieht, hat die Partei die Vertragsstrafe oder die Stornogebühr ausgehandelt:

6.2.1. Bei Stornierung der Teilnahme nach dem 30. Juni 2018 beträgt die Vertragsstrafe 50% der Miete des gebuchten Fläche,

6.2.2. 100 % aus dem Vermietungspreis der bestellten Fläche bei der Stornierung der „Anmeldung“ durch den AUSSTELLER in weniger als 2 Monate vor der AKTION.

6.2.3. Die Anmeldegebühr verfällt immer vollständig.

7. SICHERHEIT UND VERSICHERUNG
7.1. Der AUSSTELLER darf keine entzündlichen und radioaktiven Stoffe, Sprengstoffe, Gifte und andere gesundheitsschädliche Stoffe weder auf seiner Ausstellungsfläche noch auf anderem Messegelände lagern und verwenden. Der AUSSTELLER ist verpflichtet, die geltenden technischen, Feuer- und Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Die DART ist nicht verantwortlich für Verlust, Zerstörung oder Beschädigung von Ausstellungsstücken, Ausrüstung und Anbringung von Ständen, Waren, Verpackungen und Verpackungsmaterialien von AUSSTELLERN auf dem Messegelände, unabhängig davon, ob der Verlust, die Zerstörung oder ein anderer Schaden während der Installation, des Transports oder des Transports entsteht in der Zeit der AKTION. Die AUSSTELLER werden gebeten, alle Vorführungen und die oben aufgeführten Materialien für beide und ihre MITAUSSTELLER für die gesamte Dauer ihrer Anwesenheit auf dem Messegelände gegen mögliche Gefahren zu versichern.
7.2. Wenn der AUSSTELLER seine Produkte betreiben wird, muss dieser Vorgang gesichert und geschützt sein, damit der AUSSTELLER keine Schäden an Gesundheit oder Eigentum von Besuchern, an nächsten AUSSTELLERN oder Eigentum von Messegelände und DART verursachen kann. AUSSTELLER ist berechtigt, seine Produkte in der Fläche zu betreiben, die bestellt hat. Der AUSSTELLER, der seine Produkte außerhalb der begrenzten Ausstellungsfläche betreibt, kann mit einer Geldstrafe bis zu EUR 2.000 belegt werden.
7.3. Der Lärmpegel an der Exposition sollte 70 dB (A) nicht überschreiten.
7.4. Die Kosten für etwaige Gebühren für die Aufnahme von Musik auf Ausstellungen sind vom AUSSTELLER selbst zu tragen.

8. BETRIEBSBEDINGUNGEN
8.1. Mit Ausnahme der angegebenen Messebetriebszeit und der voraussichtlichen Zeit für die Bereitstellung der Stände ist der Aufenthalt auf dem Messegelände verboten. Die Anweisungen der DART-Mitarbeiter und des Sicherheitsdienstes sollten beachtet werden.
8.2. Die Platzierung von Plakaten und Bannern sowie die Verteilung von gedrucktem oder anderem Material ist nur nach Absprache und nach Zustimmung des DART gestattet.
8.3. Nach dem Dat um des Beginns der Installation werden die von den AUSSTELLERN verlangt en Änderungen bezüglich der Bestellung der technischen Dienstleistungen, der Konstruktion und der Standausstattung nicht vor der Erfüllung der ordnungsgemäßen Bestellungen der Arbeiten und Dienstleistungen von den anderen AUSSTELLERN veranlasst. Diese Folgebestellungen von Arbeiten und Dienstleistungen können durch den DART mit einem Zuschlag bis zu 100% des berechneten Preises belastet werden. Die Zahlung erfolgt der AUSSTELLER in bar vor Ort.

9. DATEN ZUR UMSETZUNG
9.1. AUSSTELLER ist berechtigt, den Standbau und andere Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Ausstattung des Standes bei einer ausführenden Firma zu bestellen. AUSSTELLER hat das Recht, seinen eigenen Stand und Ausstattung zu benutzen. Der AUSSTELLER ist verpflichtet, DART darüber zu informieren.
9.2. Verbindungen von Strom, Wasser und Internet können AUSSTELLER nur bei DART zu einem bestimmten Termin vor der AKTION bestellt werden. Für Sonderbestellungen kann ein Zuschlag von bis zu 100% des berechneten Preises berechnet werden.
9.3. Die maximale Standhöhe, einschließlich der Bretter, beträgt 3 Meter, Ausnahmen sind nur von DART erlaubt. Der Stand muss die Brandschutzbedingungen erfüllen. Geschossstände, die sich bereits in der Projektphase finden, müssen DART zur Genehmigung vorgelegt werden.
9.4. AUSSTELLER, die den Standbau bei DART bestellen, werden ihre Bestellungen bis zu dem auf dem Formular angegebenen Datum einreichen.
9.5. Die AUSSTELLER, die die Standinstallation selbst liefern, werden vor dem 14. September 2018 (Frontansicht und Grundriss) die verbindliche Projektion des Standes an den DART mit allen vertikalen Dominanten und Belegen einschließlich der Standorientierung im Rahmen des bestellten Platzes liefern mit markierter Elektrizität und Wasserversorgung.
9.6. Im Falle der Nichtlieferung von relativer Dokumentation vor geforderten Abschluss, riskiert der AUSSTELLER mögliche Komplikationen in Bezug auf den Stand Realisierung im Rahmen von bestellten Flächen und potentielle Folgekosten im Zusammenhang mit der Strom- und Wasserversorgung und Verlegung.
9.7. Der AUSSTELLER oder die autorisierte Firma darf den Stand vor dem offiziellen Ende der AKTION nicht abbauen. Wenn der AUSSTELLER mit dem Abbau beginnt vor dem offiziellen Ende der AKTION verlässt, vereinbaren die Vertragsparteien eine Strafe in Höhe von 50% von der gesamten gemieteten Fläche.
9.8. AUSSTELLER ist verantwortlich für die Ausstellungsfläche und die gesamte von DART gemietete Ausstattung und ist verpflichtet, am Ende der AKTION intakt zu übergeben. Wenn der AUSSTELLER den Ausstellungsfläche, das Messegelände oder die geliehene Ausstattung von DART beschädigt, ist er verpflichtet, den Schaden in voller Höhe an DART zu zahlen.

10. ÄNDERUNGEN UND BESCHWERDEN
Zusätzliche Änderungen sind nur verbindlich, wenn sie von beiden Seiten bestätigt werden. Jede Beanstandung des AUSSTELLERS gegen den DART und seine Lieferanten während der Installation und des AKTION-laufes ist dem Projektleiter der DART auf Papier oder seinem beauftragten Stellvertreter bis zum Ende der AKTION vorzulegen. Besondere Ansprüche können bis 2 Wochen nach dem AKTION-Abschluss in Papierform eingereicht werden. Alle Ansprüche verjähren 6 Monate nach dem AKTION-Abschluss.

The commercial and technical terms

1. ORGANIZER AND ORGANIZED EVENT
The organizer of fair Model Hobby (hereinafter EVENT) is company DART Ltd., office: V Olšinách 2300/75, 100 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, TAX ID NR. CZ45809470 (hereinafter DART).

2. EXHIBITOR
Corporations or individuals, who DART confirmed participation at EVENT (hereinafter EXHIBITOR).

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE FAIR
3.1. The EXHIBITOR sends to DART properly completed application for admission.
3.2. DART issues to EXHIBITOR the advance invoice according to point 4.1.
3.3. By payment of the advance inovice is established between the DART and EXHIBITOR contractual relationship and DART confirms to EXHIBITOR participation at EVENT.

4. INVOICING AND PLACING OF EXHIBIT AREA
4.1. EXHIBITOR will receive the 1^st advance invoice for payment of ordered space, that is in height of:

4.1.1. 50% by sending the application to DART until June 30^th, 2019,

4.1.2. 100% by sending the application to DART after July 1^st, 2019.

4.1.3. The 1^st advance invoice will always include the „registration fee”.

4.2. After received payment of the 1^st advance invoice will DART confirm to EXHIBITOR the participation at EVENT. After that will DART issue the 2^nd advance invoice for payment of remaining ordered space, including deducting any discount on renting the exhibition area. The settlement of whole ordered space, including registration fee, is the term for assignment of ordered space. The priority of the placement is offered to the EXHIBITORS according to the deadline of binding confirmation of participation and adherence to the payment deadlines on advance invoices.
4.3. Allocated space must be not hired to any third party. Exception is the joint participation of several companies in a single exposition. In this case, the EXHIBITOR shall pay for each additional company (hereinafter CO-EXHIBITOR) established registration fee in full charge.
4.4. If the advance invoices are not paid by due date, it is a breach of contractual obligations and DART is authorized to withdraw from the contract and demand on the contractual penalty according to point 6.
4.5. If the EXHIBITOR orders the service (technical connections, equipment or construction of stand, etc.), the DART will issue 3^rd advance invoice for payment of the ordered services in full charge. The payment due date stated on the invoice is a condition for providing these services.

5. RENTAL OF EXHIBITION AREA, REGISTRATION FEE
5.1. Price of renting the exhibition area is specified in the application. Rent is determined by the size of the area and initiated each ordered square meter will be charged as a whole. Rent is set at the time of preparation, proper EVENT and disposal, and it includes: exhibition floor area, basic lighting, heating, fire protection, cleaning area out of stands, general night guarding of the fairground, operation of toilets and promotion of EVENT.
5.2. EXHIBITOR is obliged to occupy for his presentation only the ordered space. If EXHIBITOR occupies the non-ordered space, is obliged to pay for this area on the spot and in cash. In this case the price can be burdened by surcharge of 100%.
5.3. The registration fee of EXHIBITOR includes: entry into orientation and information system of the EVENT, exhibitor´s passports (EXHIBITOR will obtain two certificates for stand up to 10 m² and then one other for each 10 m² of rented area, the maximum number of certificates for one each stand is 20) and 10 pieces of honorary invitations for business partners.
5.4. The registration fee of CO-EXHIBITOR includes: entry into orientation and information system of the EVENT and 2 pieces of exhibitor´s passports.

6. PAYMENT AND PENALTY TERMS
6.1. EXHIBITOR agrees to pay all invoices within DART due date stated on the invoice. In case the EXHIBITOR does not pay the invoiced amount by the due date stated on the invoice, the parties agree a contractual penalty of 0,1 % for each day of delay from the time the unpaid amount.
6.2. In case that the EXHIBITOR cancel the participation at EVENT, rental amount paid is not refundable and remains to DART as contractual penalties, or cancellation fee:

6.2.1. If the participation is canceled after June 30^th, 2019 is a contractual penalty 50% of the ordered space rental,

6.2.2. If the participation is canceled in less than 2 months before EVENT is a contractual penalty in full amount of the rent.

6.2.3. Registration fee forfeits always in full amount.

7. SECURITY AND INSURANCE
7.1. The EXHIBITOR is not allowed to store and use any inflammable and radioactive matters, explosives, poisons and other unhealthy stuff neither on his exhibition space area nor in other Fair territory. The EXHIBITOR is obligated to observe valid technical, fire and security regulations. The DART is not responsible for loss, destruction or any damage of showpieces, equipment and fitting of stands, goods, packaging and wrapping materials of EXHIBITORS on the fairground regardless of the fact if the loss, destruction or other damage arises during installation, transport or in the time of the EVENT. The EXHIBITORS are suggested to insure all showpieces and the materials listed above both of them and theirs CO-EXHIBITORS for whole duration of their presence on fairground against any possible danger.
7.2. If the EXHIBITOR will run his products, must be this operation secured and protected, so the EXHIBITOR can´t cause damages health or property of visitors, to next EXHIBITORS, or property of fairground and DART. EXHIBITOR is allowed to run his products at area, which has ordered. The EXHIBITOR, who will run his products outside defined exhibition space, can be imposed by penalty up to of EUR 2.000,00,-.
7.3. The level of noise at exposition should not exceed 70 dB (A).
7.4. The cost of any fees from recorded music on exposition must be paid by the EXHIBITOR himself.

8. OPERATING TERMS
8.1. Except for given EVENT operational time and presuming interval of time for stands supply, the stay in fairground is forbidden. The directions of the DART workers and safeguard service should be respected.
8.2. Placement of billboards, placards and banners as well as distribution of printed or other materials is allowed only for remuneration after discussion and agree of the DART.
8.3. After the date of installation beginning any changes concerning the order of technical services, construction and stand equipment demanded by EXHIBITOR will not be arrange before fulfillment of properly ordered orders of work and services by the other EXHIBITORS. Those subsequent orders of work and services could be burdened by surcharge up to 100 % of calculated price by the DART. Payment will be done cash by EXHIBITOR on place.

9. DATA FOR REALIZATION
9.1. EXHIBITOR has the right to order the stand construction and other services related to the equipment of the stand at any implementing company. EXHIBITOR has the right to use his own stand and equipment. The EXHIBITOR is obliged to inform DART about this fact.
9.2. Connections of electricity, water and the internet can only be ordered by the EXHIBITOR at DART at a specified date before the EVENT. Extra orders may be subject to a surcharge of up to 100% of the calculated price.
9.3. The maximum stand height, including hoardings, is 3 meters, exceptions allowed only by DART. Stand must meet fire protection conditions. Storeyed stands already in the project stage must be submitted to DART for approval.
9.4. EXHIBITORS who order the stand construction from DART will submit their requests by the date specified on the form provided for them.
9.5. The EXHIBITORS, who provide the stand installation themselves, will deliver the binding projection of the stand to the DART before August 31^st, 2019 (the front view and ground plan) with all vertical dominants and hoardings including the stand orientation in the framework of ordered space with marked electricity and water supply.
9.6. In the case of not delivering of relative documentation before demanded deadline, the EXHIBITOR risks possible complications concerning the stand realization in the framework of ordered space and potential consequent financial expenses in connection with electricity and water supply and drain relocation.
9.7. The EXHIBITOR or the authorized company is not allowed to dismantle the stand before the official end of the EVENT. If the EXHIBITOR starts with dismantle or leaves the EVENT before the official end, the contractual parties arrange penalty in height of 50% from whole rented space.
9.8. EXHIBITOR is responsible for the exhibition area and all equipment rented by DART and is obliged to hand over intact at the end of the EVENT. If the EXHIBITOR damages the exhibition area, the fairground or borrowed equipment by DART, is liable to pay the damages in full to DART.

10. CHANGES AND COMPLAINTS
Any additional changes are binding only if validated on paper by both sides. Every complaints of EXHIBITOR against the EVENT organizer and his suppliers during installation and the EVENT run should be submitted to the project manager of the EVENT on paper, or to his commissioned deputy until the end of the EVENT. Particular claims could be submitted on paper up to 2 weeks after the EVENT finish. All claims expire 6 month after the EVENT finish.

Obchodní a technické podmínky

1. POŘADATEL A POŘÁDANÁ AKCE
Pořadatelem veletrhu Model Hobby (dále jen AKCE) je společnost DART s.r.o., Veletržní správa, adresa: V Olšinách 2300/75, 100 00 Praha 10, DIČ: CZ45809470 (dále jen DART).

2. VYSTAVOVATEL
Právnické či fyzické osoby, kterým DART potvrdil účast na AKCI (dále jen VYSTAVOVATEL).

3. ÚČAST NA AKCI
3.1. VYSTAVOVATEL pošle DARTU řádně vyplněnou přihlášku s žádostí o zařazení mezi VYSTAVOVATELE AKCE.
3.2. DART vystaví VYSTAVOVATELI zálohovou fakturu dle bodu 4.1
3.3. Uhrazením zálohové faktury vzniká mezi DARTEM a VYSTAVOVATELEM smluvní vztah a DART potvrdí VYSTAVOVATELI účast na AKCI.

4. FAKTURACE A PŘIDĚLENÍ VÝSTAVNÍ PLOCHY
4.1. VYSTAVOVATEL obdrží 1. zálohovou fakturu na úhradu objednané plochy bez případné slevy, a to ve výši:

4.1.1. 50% při doručení přihlášky DARTU do 30. června 2019,

4.1.2. 100% při doručení přihlášky DARTU od 1. července 2019.

4.1.3. Součástí 1. zálohové platby bude vždy položka „registrační poplatek“, který bude účtován v plné výši.

4.2. Po obdržení úhrady 1. zálohové faktury potvrdí DART VYSTAVOVATELI účast na AKCI. Následně vystaví DART 2. zálohovou fakturu na doplatek celého pronájmu objednané plochy, a to včetně odečtení případné slevy na pronájem plochy. Zaplacení celého pronájmu a registračního poplatku je podmínkou pro přidělení výstavní plochy. Priorita umístění je nabízena VYSTAVOVATELŮM podle termínu závazného potvrzení účasti a dodržení termínů splatnosti na zálohových fakturách.
4.3. Přidělená plocha nesmí být dále pronajímána VYSTAVOVATELEM jakékoli třetí osobě. Výjimku tvoří společná účast několika firem v jedné expozici. V tomto případě je VYSTAVOVATEL povinen uhradit za každou další firmu (dále SPOLUVYSTAVOVATEL) registrační poplatek spoluvystavovatele v plné výši.
4.4. V případě nezaplacení celého pronájmu v termínu splatnosti uvedeném na faktuře je prodlení VYSTAVOVATELE podstatným porušením jeho smluvní povinnosti a DART je oprávněn od smlouvy odstoupit a požadovat po VYSTAVOVATELI úhradu smluvního penále, viz. bod 6.
4.5. Objedná-li VYSTAVOVATEL služby (technické přípojky, vybavení či stavba expozice, apod.), vystaví DART 3. zálohovou fakturu na úhradu objednaných služeb v plné výši. Úhrada v termínu splatnosti, uvedeném na faktuře, je podmínkou pro poskytnutí objednaných služeb.

5. NÁJEMNÉ ZA VÝSTAVNÍ PLOCHU, REGISTRAČNÍ POPLATEK
5.1. Cena nájemného výstavní plochy je uvedena v přihlášce. Nájemné se stanoví podle rozměru plochy a každý započatý objednaný metr čtvereční se účtuje jako celý. Nájemné je stanoveno na dobu přípravy, vlastní AKCI a likvidaci a je v něm zahrnuta: výstavní podlahovou plochu, základní osvětlení a vytápění haly, požární ochrana, úklid v prostoru mimo expozice, všeobecná noční ostraha areálu, provoz WC a propagace AKCE.
5.2. VYSTAVOVATEL má právo využívat pro svou prezentaci plochu, která mu byla na základě přihlášky přidělena. V případě, že VYSTAVOVATEL obsadí plochu, kterou řádně neobjednal a nezaplatil, je povinen tuto plochu DARTU uhradit, a to na místě a v hotovosti. V takovém případě může být cena plochy zatížena až 100% přirážkou.
5.3. Registrační poplatek VYSTAVOVATELE zahrnuje: zařazení základních dat do info systému akce, vystavovatelské průkazy (VYSTAVOVATEL obdrží 2 ks u stánků do 10 m² a další 1 průkaz za každých započatých 10 m², maximální počet průkazů na stánek je 20 ks) a 10 ks čestných pozvánek pro obchodní partnery.
5.4. Registrační poplatek SPOLUVYSTAVOVATELE zahrnuje: zařazení základních dat do info systému akce a vystavovatelské průkazy v počtu 2 ks.

6. PLATEBNÍ A SANKČNÍ PODMÍNKY

6.1. VYSTAVOVATEL se zavazuje uhradit DARTU veškeré faktury do dne splatnosti, uvedeného na faktuře. Pro případ, kdy VYSTAVOVATEL neuhradí vyfakturovanou částku nejpozději v den splatnosti uvedený na faktuře, sjednávají smluvní strany smluvní penále ve výši 0,1% za každý den prodlení ze včas nezaplacené částky.

6.2. V případě, že VYSTAVOVATEL odvolá svou účast na AKCI, sjednávají strany smluvní penále resp. storno poplatek:

6.2.1. Při odvolání účasti po 30. červnu 2019 je smluvní penále ve výši 50% z pronájmu objednané plochy,

6.2.2. Při odvolání účasti v době kratší než 2 měsíce před zahájením AKCE je smluvní penále ve výši celého nájemného.

6.2.3. Registrační poplatek propadá vždy v plné výši.

7. BEZPEČNOST A POJIŠTĚNÍ
7.1. DART neodpovídá na výstavišti VYSTAVOVATELŮM za ztrátu, zničení nebo jakékoliv poškození exponátů, vybavení a zařízení stánků, zboží, obalů, balicích materiálů bez ohledu na to, zda ztráta, zničení nebo jiné poškození vznikly při montáži, dopravě či v průběhu konání AKCE. DART zajišťuje všeobecnou noční ostrahu výstavních prostor. V případě odcizení exponátů je VYSTAVOVATEL povinen nahlásit tuto skutečnost na Policii ČR a náhrada škody je možná pouze prostřednictvím pojišťovny VYSTAVOVATELE. VYSTAVOVATELI je doporučeno nechat si pojistit všechny exponáty a výše uvedené materiály na celou dobu jejich přítomnosti na výstavišti proti veškerým nebezpečím, která pro majetek VYSTAVOVATELE přicházejí v úvahu.
7.2. Bude-li VYSTAVOVATEL provozovat své produkty, musí být takový provoz zabezpečen, aby nedošlo k újmě na majetku či zdraví návštěvníků, stejně tak na výstavních plochách, výstavním areálu či na zařízení zapůjčeném DARTEM. VYSTAVOVATEL má právo provozovat produkty pouze na ploše, kterou si objednal a řádně zaplatil. V případě, že VYSTAVOVATEL využije k provozování produktů plochu mimo vymezenou expozici, vystavuje se postihu ve výši až 50 000 Kč.
7.3. Hladina hluku na expozici nesmí překročit 70 dB(A).
7.4. Náklady na případné poplatky z reprodukované hudby na expozici si hradí VYSTAVOVATEL sám.

8. PROVOZNÍ PODMÍNKY
8.1. Kromě stanovených provozních hodin výstavy a povoleného časového rozmezí pro zásobování stánků je pobyt ve výstavních prostorách zakázán. V tomto směru je nutno respektovat pokyny pracovníků DART a bezpečnostní služby.
8.2. Umísťování billboardů, poutačů, transparentů, jakož i rozdávání tiskových a jiných materiálů je povoleno pouze za úplatu po projednání a odsouhlasení DARTEM.
8.3. Veškeré změny, týkající se objednávky technických služeb, stavby a vybavení stánků, požadované VYSTAVOVATELEM dodatečně po termínu zahájení montáže budou vyřizovány až po splnění řádně objednaných prací a služeb vůči ostatním VYSTAVOVATELŮM. Tyto dodatečné objednávky prací a služeb může DART zatížit přirážkou až do výše 100% kalkulované ceny. Úhradu provede VYSTAVOVATEL na místě v hotovosti.

9. PODKLADY PRO REALIZACI
9.1. VYSTAVOVATEL má právo objednat stavbu stánku a další služby související s vybavením stánku u jakékoli realizační firmy. VYSTAVOVATEL má právo využít vlastní stánek a vybavení. O této skutečnosti je VYSTAVOVATEL povinen informovat DART.
9.2. Přívod elektrické energie, vody a telefonu může VYSTAVOVATEL objednat výhradně u DARTU ve stanoveném termínu před AKCÍ. Doobjednávky v rámci montáže mohou být zatíženy přirážkou až do výše 100% kalkulované ceny.
9.3. Maximální výška expozic, včetně poutačů, jsou 3 metry, výjimky povoluje pouze DART. Expozice musí splňovat podmínky požární ochrany. Patrové expozice již ve stádiu projektu musí být předloženy DARTU ke schválení.
9.4. VYSTAVOVATELÉ, kteří si stavbu stánku objednávají u DARTU, předají své požadavky do data uvedeného na formuláři k tomu určeném.
9.5. VYSTAVOVATELÉ, kteří si stavbu stánku zajišťují vlastními prostředky, předají DARTU do 31. srpna 2019 závazný projekt stánku (v čelním pohledu a půdorysu) se zakreslením a zakótováním všech výškových dominant a poutačů, včetně orientace stánku v rámci objednané plochy se zakótováním umístění přívodu elektro, vody a odpadu.
9.6. V případě, že VYSTAVOVATEL nezašle DARTU příslušné podklady v požadovaném termínu, vystavuje se nebezpečí případných komplikací při realizaci stánku a možných dalších finančních nákladů spojených s přemístěním přívodů elektro, vody a odpadu.
9.7. VYSTAVOVATEL, resp. firma jím pověřená, nesmí likvidovat exponáty a expozici před ukončením AKCE. V případě, že VYSTAVOVATEL začne demontáž expozice před skončením AKCE, sjednávají smluvní strany penále ve výši 50% z celkové ceny za pronájem plochy.
9.8. VYSTAVOVATEL odpovídá za výstavní plochu a veškerá zařízení pronajatá DARTEM je povinen předat po skončení AKCE neporušené. Poškodí-li nebo znečistí-li VYSTAVOVATEL výstavní plochy, výstavní areál či zařízení zapůjčené DARTEM, je povinen uhradit DARTU způsobené škody v plné výši.

10. ZMĚNY A REKLAMACE
Jakékoli dodatečné změny jsou závazné pouze tehdy, jsou-li potvrzeny oběma stranami písemně. Veškeré stížnosti ze strany VYSTAVOVATELE vůči pořadateli AKCE a jeho dodavatelům po dobu montáže a průběhu AKCE musí být předloženy písemně pověřenému zástupci DARTU do konce AKCE. Konkrétní nároky mohou být uplatněny písemně do 2 týdnů po skončení AKCE. Všechny nároky zanikají 3 měsíce po skončení AKCE.
